JNB is happy to exchange or apply online store credit only.   All sale items are final sale.   Exchanges will be accepted within 14 days upon tracked delivery date.   Shipping will not be credited.  Store credit will be applied to your new purchase.  

RETURN PROCESS: 

Please email info@jnbstyle.com subject: attention exchange # (order number). Include name of person whom purchased the order, order number, why you plan to exchange, any miscellaneous information, and pictures if damaged. You will receive an email with return authorization and return location address.   

 REPAIRS/REPLACEMENTS

Accidents happen!  JNB is happy to accept repairs within 30 days of purchase.  Please email us at info@jnbstyle.com with your name, order number, and photos/details. This will allow us to assist with next steps and notify you of any fees prior to sending your item in.  Any item after 30 days needing repair could result in repeat or plating charges. 

All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING
All orders are shipped using USPS priority mail.  No signature required.  We ship anywhere in the USA.  We require 2-5 business days for most items.  Please see custom requirements for all custom order lead times.  We do not ship weekend or Holidays.  If an item is out of stock or back order we will notify you and ship immediately when the item is in. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
The cost of International Flat Rate Shipping is $60.00 USD FedEX Express.  Delivery is estimated at 3-8 business days for most major markets. Shipments to non-major markets may result in additional time. Also, jewelry can sometimes take extra time going through customs.

TAXES/DUTIES (INTERNATIONAL ONLY):  

Customer is responsible for all taxes and duties that are applied to international packages.

DISCLOSURE
JNB is not responsible for lost or stolen merchandise.  Once an item shows delivered it is in the hands of the customer.

CUSTOM
Custom orders are made each unique and individual to you.  Each is hand made and cut in Los Angles. Custom orders can take up to 6 weeks.  We average 2-4 weeks depending on if it is a holiday or sale we tend to be more busy with the custom items can take up to 7 weeks.  Please be patience with us with these.  Our quality is far better than most and will be worth the wait!
